We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial and technical product leader to join the Growth Customer Experience product team. This role is pivotal in shaping how we differentiate Wayfair with inspiration-first discovery experiences, engaging customers visiting from various marketing journeys and creating helpful home project-oriented experiences. You will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge AI and personalization technologies to craft a best-in-class user experience, guiding customers on a seamless journey from the moment they land on our site. This role requires a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of complex, cross-functional systems across multiple domains and a passion for creating data-driven, personalized experiences. You will not only oversee the implementation of the product roadmap, but define the long-term strategy for how we introduce customers to our site, ensuring a unique and
