Deka Lash in Hampton is seeking Lash Artists to join our team in both Full & Part-Time roles . As a Lash Artist at Deka Lash you’ll be responsible for providing the exceptional services and product offerings our clients have come to expect, while gaining experience, growing your client base, and working for a recognizable and respected name in the beauty industry.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Provide lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, and client education
  
• Sanitize studio and general upkeep
  
• Check clients in/out
  
• Participate in training and ongoing skill development
  
• Always display a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
  
• Communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
  
• Other duties as assigned 
  

Successful Candidates Must Have:

• At least 18 years of age
  
• Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology or Esthetician license
  
• Some relevant industry experience is preferred
  
• Lash certification preferred but not required
  
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn Deka techniques
  
• Ability to work nights and weekends
  
• Sales experience is a plus
  
• A team player with a growth mindset
