Position Title: Contracts Paralegal (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Assignment Type: Contract with potential for permanent conversion

Compensation: $30 - $33 / Hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, eligible for OT

On-Site or Hybrid: Hybrid – Philadelphia-based candidates expected to work on-site; remote candidates considered with ability to come in as needed

An Addison Group client is looking for a Contracts Administrator !

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the in-house legal team with day-to-day contract administration and legal operations tasks
• Manage and track contracts including service level agreements (SLAs), staffing agreements, and certificates of insurance (COIs)
• Work closely with hotel managers and internal business stakeholders in a highly customer-facing role
• Assist with contract lifecycle management and documentation organization
• Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment across a large hotel portfolio (240+ locations)
• Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations leadership to ensure timely contract execution and compliance

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of contracts or legal operations experience, preferably in an in-house legal environment
• Experience with contracts such as SLAs, staffing agreements, or COIs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working directly with business stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms strongly preferred (IntelAgree a plus)
• Paralegal or legal assistant education preferred; bachelor’s degree not required
